About Our School
Communicative English Language Teaching Institute (CELTI) is a Progressive Co-educational Institute. As the name it indicates that this institute is an English Language Teaching Institute. This institute emerged in the year 2008 against the English Medium School based on the traditional method of teaching resulting in the students’ fatal fate of Oral handicap in the Spoken Skill. This disadvantage deprives of students’ opportunity in the time of facing interviews of any competitive exam. CELTI is established as a Pre-primary & Primary School for Children following the module under the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (BOSEM), Government of Manipur.
